Bringing up my boys

I am a midwestern mom and part-time doc who has the distinct privilege of raising three wonderful boys with my college sweetheart. I started this blog after suffering an uterine rupture with the birth of my second son. He was treated with brain cooling and is a healthy preschooler today. I hope to dedicate a part of my life to the support of this technology and future research in preventing neonatal brain injury.
